These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and dbwin24 ("dbwin24", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Any player found to be using dbwin24 for money laundering purposes will have their account immediately closed, all funds frozen, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, game assets, text, layout designs, databases, and other intellectual property available on the dbwin24 platform are owned by or licensed to dbwin24 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the player.

Closure by dbwin24

dbwin24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on the account.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Identification of duplicate or linked accounts in violation of the single-account rule.

• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, match-fixing, or any other financial crime.
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period as defined in dbwin24's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed by dbwin24 for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Real money balances (where not implicated in the breach) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following investigation.

Closure by the Player
